Best show ever

Great music, had a blast and a half!

I am an old music enthusiast and I have seen many bands, many shows, over the course of many decades. Last night's show at The Mortuary in Olympia was extraordinary, even measured against the greatest shows I've seen. Each of Pigeon Pit's members is an excellent musician separately from the group, and together, they are absolutely sublime. They are very tight and well-practiced, with innovative melodies and harmonies. I found the music beautiful and uplifting, enjoyable and engaging, and I especially enjoyed the complex lyrics. I was extremely impressed, and definitely want to attend more live performances in future. A band so good that an old woman is inspired to dance wildly is rare, and precious. I also appreciate the young crowd's kindness: I am roughly 40 years older than the band's average fan. Pigeon Pit was not just "good"..... they blew me away.

It was such a great show! I loved the opening acts too, the venue was super cool and everyone at the show was really friendly. Unfortunately it was super hot inside, but that's FL lol. Pigeon Pit killed it and I getting to hear Soup For My Family live was awesome
