Best show of my life. It certainly helped we were part of a “meet and greet” experience where Jon’s personality was on full display. Such a sweet and genuine person. Then…the show starts and that SAME warm and welcoming person leads the audience in a celebration of an extraordinary range of musical performances. He was backed up by a great group of talented musicians who were showcased throughout, demonstrating a highly collaborative process,. The collaboration INCLUDED the audience as well…which created a performance that was greater than the sum of the parts…it took you to a new level. I invite you to join the Jon train for a wonderful experience.

It was incredible from beginning to end. His warmth and grace was palpable and it was like everyone in the audience were friends. We knew all the words to all the songs and it was a great great party full of joy and love. Jon Batiste is truly a gift.

This is the best concert I’ve ever been to. Jon and his band brought the joy, love, and energy, and put it all together for us. I would highly recommend seeing him live…. What an unforgettable experience. It didn’t feel like it was a very long concert, but I lost track of time because I was so engrossed in the moment.

Joyous. A privilege to see Jon Batiste perform in such an intimate setting . The playlist was eclectic with some mash ups including bits of Bach, Duke Ellington, Leonard Cohen and even Oasis . We were completely bedazzled and enthralled by his vocal and piano playing talent . Warm and wonderful .

A stunning venue with perfect acoustics set the stage for a man so full of joy he exploded ! OK, that’s an exaggeration, but having the opportunity to hear, John Baptiste explore classical music with his own New Orleans style of jazz was worth the trip to DTLA.

This magical experience left my husband and I at a loss for words. The energy and passion in the space reverberated through every inch. We experienced joy in most beautiful way. We shared in the magic Jon curated and felt connected to the strangers next to us-even shared a tear. I will be playing back this incredible night in my mind for the rest of my life. Thank you Jon, we love you!

Not overstating when I say my favorite concert, ever. A magical, beautiful, intimate experience with one amazing artist and a whole community of strangers. Joy was had, friends were made, tears were shed. If it gets you there and you can afford it, spend stupid money to go. You won’t be sorry and it just might change your life and the lives of others you meet along the way there.

Exponential stars for the brilliance of beautiful Jon Batiste! We loved his uplifting concert and left feeling amazing. Thank you Jon Batiste! His teaching was a lovely unexpected surprise. Absolutely loved his explanation of Thelonious Monk’s piece followed by American Symphony. It gave his creation a new perspective. Revelatory and transformative.

#MiracleAlert An Afternoon with #JonBatiste in His Living Room! Beautiful People, When Jon Batiste walked onto the stage looking dapper and debonair in all black; the clapping of the crowd was a joyful roar. Jon welcomed us into his living room at the Metropolitan Opera House in NYC and sat down at his piano. He invited us to sing, dance, clap and express ourselves. He began singing Amen and asked us to join him. Next was This Little Light of Mine. And We Did! As we breathed deeply and exhaled our discomfort, hurt and pain... Jon took us on a musical journey of hope, healing and joy amidst the chaos of the social and political landscape. We visited New Orleans Congo Square, learned about the syntex and rhythm of Jazz, listened to Bethoven and Thelonius Monk. Then we felt love through his melodics compositions, American Symphony and Butterfly. It was then that my tears became filled with the honey of hope and healing. Then when I heard When the Saints Come Marching Home, my heart felt the presence of Ancestors and Angels. Too soon this truly intimate concert was over. Two hours passed quickly. The staff at The Met was extremely gracious. I asked one person to borrow a pen to sign a copy of GOOD IS POWERFUL BEYOND MEASURE for Jon Batiste (Jon's cousin Kojo Ade writes a beautiful piece in the book) and he gifted the pen to me. I am especially appreciative to James in Security and Bob Glasgow. I met Laura Stokely, her brother and several other lovely people. I continue to embrace Jon Batiste and the memory of our melodious afternoon with Deep Gratitude. My heart remains full with tears and joy and Laughter. And my ears are still ringing with the melodies of Musical Angels whispering of Goodness, Hope, Integrity and Actions of Love. The show was fantastic! I was slightly thrown off but then realized it was titled MAESTRO. I saw Jon last year on a much more casual basis where he had a small backup band and wore casual clothing. The music that night last year was louder and very "moveable." Which genre of music will he be performing at Tanglewood in June of 2025? Please advise. THANK YOU !!!!

If you have bought a ticket to see him or traveled to come see him, you already know ……. These performances are the treat of a lifetime and a reminder to tap into what is still good and beautiful in the world. It is no more complicated than that.

Mr Batiste is incredible; a true genius, one of the few talents in any field who is the essence of genius. Together with a deeply humanitarian essence he is a gift to humanity. Jon Batiste is an extraordinarily gifted and eclectically talented musician and artist who gives an outstanding show, crossing numerous genres on multiple instruments. There is none other like him, even when he plays portions of a Prince song. Amazing show that incorporates the audience into his energy exceptionally well! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I came across Jon Batiste in 2023. Immediately felt attracted to his music, his sound, his uniqueness, his joy, his enthusiasm, his love for his wife, their stories. Words cannot express how happy and grateful I am to have been able to attend my first Jon Batiste concert. My partner and I enjoyed it Immensely. It was beyond amazing. Thank you so much for sharing your gift and talent with us. You and and you wife are a real blessing. May God bless you with continued health, creativity, joy and peace.

Jon Batiste is a talented musician. His concert appearance however is almost manic. Too much audience participation. I wanted to hear Jon not the incredibly bad voice of the person next to me. Some touching moments but pretty gimmicky also. All that being said I give him a solid B

Although this was called the "Uneasy Tour" I would better phrase this event as the "John Batiste Experience". He is an incredible musician and performer and his band is top notch. Talk about an immersive experience - just go to one of his events and you'll know what I mean.

Easily in my top three favorite concerts of all time! It's impossible not to smile when Jon Batiste is RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU! I love how he interacted with the crowd (Seattle folk, we were too calm!), brought everyone together, highlighted his own back-up crew, and brought nothing but wholesome joy to the entire performance. And the Paramount was an amazing venue to host, especially being able to dance in the GA area. Come back Jon!!!

Batiste and his band were incredible. So many talented musicians, and of course led by Jon who is so gifted. His overall message is one of positivity and love, so I wish more people could hear it. The half-star reduction was only because general standing is not great. It was packed and I really could not see much of anything.

This was one of my all- time favorite concerts! Jon Batiste is so talented along with his band. Jon creates such a connection to the crowd with his music, it was awe inspiring. It was a great venue too. I highly recommend getting your ticket to one (or more) of his shows remaining on his tour!

Absolutely fantastic !! Jon has such wonderful talent and energy ( physical & spiritual). I was fortunate to be standing in the front row and was so struck by his authenticity. I am so inspired and admiring of his music, variety and depth. I plan to see him in Carnigie Hall if he is there again. He has a message and a mission. He is LOVE and truly a master of his craft ! Thank you for blessing us at the festival, only an hour, but the best one there !!!!!
