Ortensia

Ortensia is a 5 piece metal band, formed in Athens, Greece, at 2015. Their debut EP named “V O L A T I L E” was released at October 2016. It is a mixture of different music elements, combining ambient textures with metal riffing. From the outer-space vibes of “Current” to the dark and ominous message of Nostalgia, they are trying to depict, both sonically and lyrically, the unpredictably and turbulent aspects of life. Their EP was engineered by Petros Vinakos at Destiny Studios and Pavel Horak at Studios Indies. It was produced, mixed and mastered by Anthony Tsigonias, Randall Karriker and Rene Morales at Red Oak Collective. The album artwork and the design was made by Daniel Wagner. Currently locating in Greece, they are trying to expose their music to all over the globe, through the internet and with live shows.
