Crywank

Great venue, show was fantastic, Departure Party and Guard Petal were amazing and Crywank of course. Jay signed merch and took photos and was very nice. Great last show in Auckland. 10/10

Loved it, first band didn't have their capo so gave lent them mine, and then swapped capos with Jay at the end. fan for life (also buy their merch it's so comfy)

I'm only rating this show lower because of personal s**t. The Saskatoon show was a much better experience for me because this one had several people I'd really rather not see, it definitely killed the vibe. Anyways, this was the first show I was ever guest listed for, after briefly hanging out with Crywank and company at a bar the day between the shows. Jay asked me for a song request in the bar and despite never playing it live (I didn't know that was a thing and felt bad for requesting it) they played "It Was a Swift Not a Swallow (I Never Listen)." Incredible show ruined by mental health related smoke breaks every 30 minutes. Sadly, I didn't take any pictures this time.

Got to meet a band that means so much to me that I have one of their album covers tattooed on my wrist. They were both incredible people (I got to hold Dan's joint). The opening act from COMMUTED was also really fun and different.

There was crying, wanking, and a beautiful smoking area Seriously though, this has been one of their best acts for a long while and it was so good

Maybe I haven't been to many shows yet but I wonder what other artist would ask you to scream your lungs out for a chorus then tell puns and the crowd goes insane. Incredible live performance. I hope I can repeat that experience.

really insane show. 2 openers were great, commuted made me rethink what live music could even be. crywank were awesome, great energy, great playing, no mistakes or anything. nice crowd banter as well. the venue was great, drink price was fine, sound was really good and the crowd also ruled!! would absolutely recommend everyone to catch the last leg of this tour.

This was an amazing concert I got to see my favourite band and get a picture. Also, does anyone know the first band that played there?

Jay was very nice I talked to him a few times and he was very interactive with the crowd and poor Dan started bleeding so Jay did a solo song

They were amazing!! it was a really unique opportunity to be able to see them live since this is their first tour over here.

crywank itself was AWESOME!! really fun stage presence and played a great setlist! only complaint is that the venue sold way over capacity, and a solid chunk of the crowd was forced to go stand on the curb outside by the fire marshall. ABSOLUTELY NOT CRYWANKS FAULT!!! jay was awesome and a really good sport about it, and repeatedly thanked the people in the back and even turned the volume up a bit :) still a lot of fun after that hiccup

Had a great time, all the bands were amazing, the venue was great, and Jay was the sweetest person in the world and even brought a chair for me right by the stage because I have health issues and can't stand for long. Was definitely a night to remember

I can't recommend this guy's work enough, especially live. The atmosphere of a Crywank concert is both disconcerting and comforting, as we all were there for the same reason, watching a sad British man play his guitar. If he's in your town, I recommend making him play "Just A Snail".

Beautiful and full of emotion!!! Jay is a wonderful man who really cares about the people around him.

They put on a great show, the energy was immaculate and the music slapped. Talking to Jay was really nice, he seems like such a sweet, genuine and authentic guy. I hope he likes the pin my gf and I gave him.
