Highly Suspect

Show was awesome as always! Meeting them for me is always cool don’t get it wrong. But this time It kinda f*****g blew. It’s like, blink and it’s over B***h! I’m gonna blame it on the venue lol! The way they worked their s**t f*****g sucked!ALMOST not worth the extra money. The people that work for the venue, most of security , everyone was pretty cool. But when it comes to. Viip m&g they wanna heard you around and put you in 40 lines. (that one’s new for me ) That was unnecessary b******t! That’s all! Love those guys (HS) The show was 11 out of 10!!!! So sick

I’m not one to give away 5 stars but this show 100% lived up to expectations. Catching this band coming off their As Above, So Below cycle (also an amazing show) doing this limited run Mister Asylum tour was magic. Straight play through of Mister Asylum and then total emphasis on their latest material and The Boy Who Died Wolf. The band sounded as tight as ever but also improvisational. If they’re not recording these shows for a live album it’s a huge miss! I’d have that on repeat non-stop.

I got to meet these guys on the 27th the day after the show at magnolia Bar and grill, in old Louisville. They were all so awesome, I work at The pizza place next door and after they're set we were almost completely closed but we made them a bunch of food, and they tipped us $100, there was two of us to split it, we didn't charge them but we're always grateful for bands coming too our venue. I've always loved their music I've seen them at LTL, these guys are legit some awesome people with some really awesome music and definitely worth checking out!! Hope you guys all enjoy all the food we made for you 💯

Great show! Great people! Great bands! Weakened Friends was a great opening act! Great energy and extremely solid band. Check them out. Highly Suspect was on fire! Story telling, fantastic energy, clear mastery. The band played their new album top to bottom and it was a journey. All of the tracks were great live from high energy, to a somber, thoughtful ballad. They sing and play together very well. Often 2 or 3 guitars, a bass and drums playing together with keys in the mix too. Drumming was on point. I really like that the rhythm second are so tight -- brothers in fact. Johnny Stevens once again proved he is an excellent guitarist and a musical powerhouse. More than anything, I appreciated that they clearly appreciated the audience.

Great new venue for a show. HS put on a great show. Played their entire new album start to finish. Johnny seemed to be back in his original element with some awesome guitar work. The new album was well thought out and goes through some emotional high and lows. Closed with an energetic version of Bath Salts, which made the sold out crowd go crazy. The opening act, Scarlet Demore, was a lot of fun but also came to kick a*s, which they did. Loved Outset. It's a tight layout but they have a cool patio to pre-party before the show and in between bands. The AC was pumping inside which was definitely a nice surprise. All in all, great time and money well spent.

LOVE their music, and jumped at the chance to see them live (twice). Wasn't sure what to expect but they exceeded expectations. Great live band, they obviously love playing live, and interacting with the crowd. They played some new songs, including one they had never played before, and the set list was different both evenings, apart from a few fan favourites. If you have the chance to go see these guys, don't miss it!

My most favourite band! The show itself was amazing. However i was quite disappointed with the VIP "experience". Johnny was apparently sick so wasnt available for the "meet and greet", which is fair cause if your sick theres not much that can be done about it, but the meet and greet was literally 2 seconds, a quick photo then moved along like cattle. Had been waiting for this show ever since it was announced months ago. But was left feeling very disappointed. So gutted.

Highly Suspects' performance was phenomenal. It felt as if the band themselves were genuinely ecstatic to be there performing for us Kiwis. The concert perfectly balanced the vibes of an arena worthy show of musicians at the top of their game and the more intimate jam sessions of a group of mates just enjoying the music. The only thing that let the experience down was the disparity between the forms of audience appreciation. Due to the aforementioned duality of the performance, some audience members clearly came with the purpose of getting rowdy and to mosh while others wanted to chill and vibe and this led to an environment that was confrontational and a little unsafe at times. All that said I look forward to any future events Highly Suspect may bring to NZ I may just find a new vantage point to enjoy them at comfortable distance from the fray.

The picturebooks were really good, surprisingly good. They're great to experience live. HS was the main act and the reason I came there. But after the 4th title some stupid a...holes began to make (seams they don't know how to make one) a moshpit and constantly jumped into the first rows of people. I really couldn't enjoy the gig, because I didn't knew, when the next hurt was coming... 👎👎👎 A shame the security did nothing. I love HS and I am really sad and angry. Alcohol and men are never good!

Absolutely brilliant show by my favourite guys. They were engaging with the audience. They seemed excited to be in London which was so great; especially after having played many nights beforehand. Loved it as you can probably tell - if you get the opportunity go see Highly Suspect - do yourself a massive favour and go. Discover this band. They are tops. O2 Forum at Kentish Town was a great venue. The staff were friendly while searching our bags etc.. they were security conscious yet told people to be patient - no need to push which by the way they weren't, but just in case. We got right at the front so had an amazing time Support by The Picturebooks, they were so cool. A two piece but made noise like a 4/5 piece. Drummer Philip is crazy goes right into one. Reminds me of Animal - great band!!

Let me start by saying that I LOVE Highly Suspect!! Unfortunately their set was obstructed by s****y seats! Of course when you purchase seats they don't let you know there might be obstructions from the seats view! Glass wall at steps that only showed the reflection of the hallway, it sucked!! Fortunately the staff at the arena were very helpful and we were able to get new seats but unfortunately it was after Highly Suspect finished their set:-(. I have seen them every time they come to the east bay and will continue to go to every show I can! Can't wait till next time!

Best band to see live EVER!!! I saw them twice within a couple of weeks and had a better experience the 2nd show because I was down on the floor in the front row. Makes a huge difference when you are up there with them feeling their energy and they are receiving your energy…It’s an amazing thing to be a part of!!! I cannot wait to see them again! I’d go to every single show if I could!

Couldn't have asked for a better 1st concert. They were absolutely fantastic. My love for them will be forever, no matter what direction they take their sound. I wish I never moved from the bottom floor cuz then I would've been able to see Johnny really close. However, from where I finally stayed at the view of the stage and the band was optimal. Great performance guys. I will definitely see yall again whenever yall come back through Cleveland!!!

Highly Suspect was amazing! Too bad some of the other concert people got rude, wouldn’t put their phones away when asked by Johnny, and many of them weren’t even fans, they didn’t know the music and many people seemed to be on valentines date night. The venue was a great size and intimate but the woman’s restrooms needs to be improved especially the handicapped stall, (I can’t believe it passes ADA standards!). The band was great, everyone I met associated with them were great, Electric Palace is getting better each time (bass too much this time). Highly Suspect is amazing and does a great show. We saw them in Myrtle Beach and that had a better vibe but still awesome!

The Sold Out *on the hardest day of the week to do so* show on Monday night 9/23 @clubladestinfl was Fantastic! I drove 11 hours each way to see this band, they are absolutely travel worthy. That was my 19th HS show in 3 years, so I might be a little biased when I say I've Never once been disappointed with this group. They are true artists & raw talent at it's finest. Enjoy them while you can, they are selling out venues fast & with good reason. -Jessi B💋🤘🏻

Awesome awesome show lastnight!!!!! Rocked my face off!! *get naked* 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻 this is my 7th Highly Suspect show and this one was by far the best!! I mean Rich and Ryan crowd surfed over my head!!! Loved it loved it LOVED it!!!! This venue was amazing as well, super clean restrooms with an attendant! Tons of bars and tenders to make sure lines are short. Great stage. I have zero bad things to say here. Super swell show boys!!! I’ll see you again!! Can’t wait for the new album!!!!
