D.j. Nsew

I go by the name of DJ NSEW, which stands for "North, South, East, West," because I play music from all four corners of the world. I am a Brooklyn-born, Queens-raised and military trained, which involved 11 years of service in the Marines, partly in wartime conditions. But ever since I was a very young man, I've had a passion for music, and now I decided to put my love for music onto vinyl which made me a dedicated DJ.

Working at Crobar in NYC left a deep impression on me. It gave me an opportunity to meet and work with an amazing mix of legendary DJs, including Tiesto,
Paul Okenfold, Danny Teaglia, Deep Dish and Boris. But Crobar separated musical categories into different rooms, and I wanted to cover all four corners of the world, which is how I picked my name, DJ NSEW. My goal is to give the people all the music they love to hear, from everywhere.

Since then, I served as resident DJ at numerous NYC spots including, The World Bar in Trump World Towers, Bar 515, The Stellans to name a few. I was also on a couple internet radio stations like AListRadio, and UrbanLatino Radio and during this time I was the official DJ for RawArtist.org/NewYork and Midnight Blue Restaruant​ and Lounge in the Upper East Side of NYC and Tropic Bar & Lounge in Queens, and now I'm the official DJ for Quiet Events, IT & Benefits & Clinque Cosmetics(Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Ulta's).
Other outstanding venues where I have DJed include the Legendary Marquee, Space Ibiza, The DL, Hudson Terrace, Stage 48, Cantina Rooftop, The Well, Studio Square, Kimoto Rooftop, ACL Festival(Austin TX),, Play Lounge NYC, Perfection Gent's Club, Vin-tich Night Club, Static Lounge, Bungalo Lounge, Starlet's Gent Club, Liquid Vibe, Koboa Lounge, HH Hell Kitchen, Glow Lounge, M1-5 Lounge, Bar 515, The Stellan, M1 Lounge and Cielo, and a few more. I have had the honor of working with a list of talented DJ's from the hottest radio station in NYC like Hot 97 and Power 105.1 and 92.3 Now.

I am proudly part of this World Famous DJ Crew called The Fleet DJs//The MixSyndicate//ILLestDJs whom are a organizaton of inte​rnet, FM Radio Stations, Club & Mixed CD DJ's.

My motto is to live authentically and savor each moment of my journey. When I arrive at my destination, another journey begins.
