About A Path Untold
A Path Untold
A Path Untold is the ever-expansive musical vision of composer and producer Daniel Merrill, known for a boldly unique sound that seamlessly fuses the genres of dancefloor
future garage, melodic breaks and lo-fi house with infectious downtempo and lush cinematic aesthetics. Equally suited for eclectic dancefloors and deep listening spaces alike, APU’s music offers immersive, emotive sonic storytelling through innovative compositions.
The sound prioritizes one-of-a-kind, personal, heartfelt expression with an emotional, otherworldly quality - fusing elegant, syncopated grooves with an undercurrent of fierce defiance. Thematically, his work explores universally relevant dualities: ancient and futuristic, euphoric and melancholic, technological and natural, individual and collective.
