About Mars Era
Mars Era was born in Florence in 2014 from an idea of M. Verdelli, T. Tassi, D. Ferrara and L. Storai.
Started with a classic stoner set up, the four musicians combine psychedelic parts with heavy and stoner influences.
Inspired by american progressive and alternative metal scene (Tool, APC) and californian stoner rock (Kyuss), their music involves themes and landscapes typical of the 70’s space rock music.
The first LP "Dharmanaut" (Argonauta Records release Jan.2017) is a concept album based on the dialogues of the two main characters, whose symbolize the Ying and Yang.
Chapter after chapter, song after song, the story develops like a cinematographic experience characterized with metaphysical and transcendental atmospheres.
