About The Barrett Anderson Band
The Barrett Anderson Band
Billboard-charting, award-winning, and Boston-based, The Barrett Anderson Band “packs enough raw energy on stage to power the whole of New England,” (JD Nash, American Blues Scene). This Roots & Blues quartet (electric guitar, organ, upright bass, drums) has “plenty to appreciate… from slide-driven blues to full-on rock and roll, taking in some jam band and North Mississippi influences,” (John Mitchell, Crossroads Blues Society) and are thrilling audiences nationally and internationally.
“Barrett Anderson continues to carry the torch that J. Geils left behind” - Jay Chelstowski, Disciples of Sound
“Opening with Bo Diddley's Mona, this band shows you immediately that no one in the crowd is gonna remain seated ” - Bman's Blues Report
“Anderson has the chops and spark to make a real statement his own way. Hot stuff” - Chris Spector, Midwest Record
