I Forward nascono nel 2009 a Nembro (Bergamo).
Da complesso amatoriale, iniziano a farsi attraverso la scena musicale locale e, dopo numerosi cambi nella formazione, il gruppo approda nel 2014 a una sua sistemazione stabile e definitiva.
La band firma nel luglio 2015 con Fontana Indie Label 1933, e termina le registrazioni del suo primo album, "Nebula", agli inizi del 2016.
Il primo singolo estratto, "Crossroads", è stato trasmesso su varie radio nel mondo, ed ha guadagnato la prima posizione nella classifica "Euro Indie Music Chart" redatta da Euro200.net, nella terza settimana di giugno. La canzone rimarrà in vetta alla classifica per oltre due mesi.
"Nebula" è stato rilasciato sugli store digitali il 2/9/2016, mentre è stato presentato al pubblico il 10/9/2016 al Druso (Ranica, BG)
Il genere musicale dei Forward può essere incluso nell'ampio panorama dell'alternative rock; il suono è cupo, british-new wave, con sfaccettature di elettronica moderna.

Forward formed in 2009 in Nembro (Bergamo), Italy.
Starting as an amatorial band, they firstly experienced the local music scene, and, after changing several bandmembers, they achieved stability in 2014.
In July 2015 they signed a contract with Fontana Indie Label 1993; the band finished recording its first album in the beginning of 2016.
First single extracted, "Crossroads", has been broadcasted on various radio stations all over the world, and, in the third week of June, it took 1st position on the european ranking "Euro Indie Music Chart" provided by Euro200.net. The song stayed on top for more than two months.
"Nebula" has been available on digital stores since 2/9/2016, and it was officially presented to the public on 10/9/2016 at Druso (a live club in Bergamo)
Forward's genre may be included generally in the wide panorama of alternative rock; the sound is dark, british-new wave oriented, with modern electronic music characteristics.
