At age 18 Bird moved from small town Glen Innes to pursue her music dream in Sydney, and has settled in perfectly scoring some great support acts with Sarah McLeod (Superjesus), Taxi Ride and Russell Morris, and playing regular shows at renowned Sydney music venues. She never fails to surprise a crowd with her accomplished guitar playing and her crazy guitar tunings, immediately setting her apart from a typical folk genre and from most female singer songwriters.
