Jess Delgado

Jess is a writer of vivid dreams,thoughts, and stories. Born up and raised in San Antonio, TX, she has always been drawn to anything that picks up on life with imaginative eyes. Debuting as a shower singer at the age of 5, she blames her parents for her love of music. Her mother started her off when she was still inside her belly as she played motown and Led Zeppelin albums through headphones strapped around her tummy. Her father, a rock 'n' roll god (in his head), blasted 70's & 80's rock in his 1972 Cutlass Supreme with Jess strapped into the passenger seat. And thus her love for music and insatiable appetite to write and perform was born. Jess started off on violin at the age of 10. However, after making everyones ears bleed with her passionate yet questionable violin skills, she opted for an instrument that came more natural to her and seemed to draw more people in rather than urging them to run away. Her path was set and mind made up. She left her home in Texas to study music in Boston, MA at Berklee College of Music. After finishing her degree, Jess made the big move to Los Angeles, California where she currently lives and performs. ... And yes... this is Jess, and I am writing in third person...
