Hoard and Jones

Dan Jones, a board-certified family physician from the Ohio Valley, has become a local music favorite with his energetic performances on fiddle, guitar, harmonica, and mandolin. He collaborates with some of the area's top musicians. One of his early mentors in music was Roger Hoard, a respected guitar talent. Hoard, associated with events like Jamboree USA, not only made his mark in music but also trained notable Ohio Valley musicians, including Brad Paisley. Hoard directed prominent bands like Country Roads and The Fabulous Bender Boys.
