Rebellix

Rebellix was born from an idea of J Dee Nighte (ex Sinners Gin) and Sam Dee G (Ex Neurosphere, Smashed Fate) on
a long and boring work day in the centre of Helsinki. Both the musicians were looking for a new challenge
so decided to come up with some ideas for music and started to work on a song called Cashtomer.
about the daily grind of a 9-5 customer service job.

Later that mounth on a regular drinking night in Helsinki J Dee and Sam met up with the former Australian Pro Wrestler Matt Niner, who at around 430am after closing
offered to cover position as drummer in the band having played for many years but never taking the opportunity to join a band. The trio still unamed decided to rehearsing
in a Youth Centre of Munkkiniemi (Helsinki) for a while,
trying out different musicians in guitar and Bass to build the project. With three songs almost completed consisting of Cashtomer, Unholy Possession and Last Call
which at that stage had no lyrics and was built from an earlier demo from Sam Dee G titled Bring me down. The guys set about starting to record a demo.

Around October 2014 multi-istrumentist Simo Vepsä, Drumming in the band Phenochryst, was asked by Sam to sit in for the band as a bass
player. Simo had organised and helped the guys work into a great fulltime Reheasal space in Downtown Helsinki.
After that first session with Simo it was pretty much a no brainer that he was a part of the band and upon the guys having a regular Reheasal place the name Rebellix
was formed after another heavy night of drinking. In January of 2015 the guys started getting serious and asked all around nice guy and talented guitarist
Tomi Lappalainen (Ex Tunrida, Darcasis and Devil's Advocates) to fill in after the band had started to book gigs.

On 3rd of February 2015 Rebellix releases his first three song Demo, Called Cashtomer. Available to stream on youtube, and
fully downloadable on soundcloud. And followed it up with an ear-bleeding smashing debut gig at Hard Rock Cafe Helsinki on April 10th 2015.

In May 2015, Part time Rhythm Guitarist Tomi Lappalainen, who had been filling in with Rebellix for couple of months, joins officially, completing the Rebellix team of
Strong minded and Ready for Rock misfits from Helsinki, Finland.

Due to personal Issues, Matt Niner has to leave the band in 2016 , and his place is taken by Michael Lennox, already know for been playing in Arkadia.
Later in 2016 Also Simo "John hand" Vepsä has to leave the band and his place is taken in late 2016 by Chris Gore.
