About The Dawn Chose Orion
The Dawn Chose Orion are a progressive EDM/Hip Hop/Djent/Alt band from Aurora, Colorado USA. In 2008, Seth Early (vocalist, songwriter, & multiple instruments) created the name based on an ideological tribute to Homer's 'The Odyssey'. A futuristic sci-fi and anime inspired concept was then built around the band's music to parallel today's current society and Seth's own personal experiences. As time went on, the rest of the band fell right into place to it's current 3 piece form featuring: Justin Riss (drums) and Francisco Gallegos (guitar). Keep a lookout for their new upcoming album, "The Byroad's End", and new 2023 tour dates! For fans of Architects, TesseracT, Girugamesh, In Flames, & Coheed And Cambria!
