About Alidé Sans

She is an artist and activist who carries the pumping of an isolated valley. Like a storm coming down from the Pyrenees mountains, she brings us natural synergy between two languages: music and Occitan. Her musical career began in 2012 when she was discovered with the video "Esperança", a project that denounces gender violence. She not only supports different social and political movements, but also does so by giving a powerful and soulful voice to a language in crisis.

After having debuted with the album "Eth Paradís ei en tu", the singer and polyinstrumentist published her second LP "Henerècla" (Hètaman, 2018), a revelation of mestizo rhythms and world music influences. Confirmed in the Occitan and Catalan music scene, she has made her music travel through Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and the United States (Washington and New York). She is currently presenting his third album, titled "Arraïtz" (Dmusical, 2024).
