Pure Youth

In the Winter of 2014; in London’s ‘leafy green’ suburb of Ealing, Dave Hibbert (Vox/Guitar), Oliver Lyu (Bass), Duncan Brookfield (Drums) and Elliott Liu (Guitar/Synth) formed Pure Youth. Having only been together for a few months, they released their debut EP, On Our Way. Featuring tracks like New November and I Just Wanted You to Know they staked their claim in the land of Electro / Indie Rock and attracted the attention of bands such as Lisbon, No Devotion and Youth Club. Pure Youth followed up their debut with smash single ‘I’m Not Yours’, racking up 40k+ streams on Soundcloud and over 150k streams on Spotify. They ended the year with a UK tour in December 2015, radio play on Amazing Radio and BBC Radio 2 (Dermot O’Leary) and online features with AlexRainBird and Indie Central to name just a few. Pure Youth’s mantra is to collaborate, create and share their brand of electronically- tinged indie rock with the people.
