About Sink In

Ask any fan of Sink In one simple question - “What does Sink In mean?” - and they will undoubtedly give you the same answer. Sink In is the complete immersion of oneself to the pursuit of making a difference right where you are.

The “DIY" pop rock group began with a tin can on wheels and pure willpower. They spent a full year recklessly touring and creating memorable shows; despite having zero music released to the public. After many less-than-glamorous nights spent in parking lots and exhausting phone calls with the studio Sink In finally released their first songs on a small EP titled “Wide Eyes”. The band sold over 1,000 copies independently and the following year had their first label deal. Freshly signed, the group released their debut album “Ordinary People, Extraordinary Things” which hit billboard’s Heat Seeker’s Northeast chart at #1 during the first week.

“Sink In mixes a sultry blend of pop-punk, indie, and post hardcore. They’re unashamedly pop-friendly, but they don’t neglect an appreciation for their art.” - IndieVision Magazine

Despite a global pandemic halting the band’s 2020 tour schedule, Sink In never slowed down. Members Tighe Eshleman (Vocals), Cobrette Bardole (Guitar), and Josh Lamczyk (Guitar) went from the road directly to the studio to work on their sophomore album “Welcome To Phantomland” and released it on Theoria Records. Standout single “Ghost” streamed over 1 million times and the record brought new touring opportunities.
