The Avery Rose Band

California Windfall is an original rock band based out of Los Angeles, California. The band was formed in 2011 and has been ripening the Los Angeles music scene with their passionate performances, memorable original songs, and solid three part vocal harmonies. Front woman Avery Rose made her debut at the St. Pete Times Forum in March of 2011, warming up the crowd for a Rod Stewart and Stevie Nicks concert. Rose and music partner Mark Pererva came back of this gig, traded out players and "The Avery Rose Band" became "California Windfall". In their first few months together they have performed at The Roxy, The Whisky A Go Go, The Cat Club, The Key Club, the outdoor stage at The Grove, The LA Convention Center, and The 2012 Sunset Strip Music Festival. Their sound ranges from dirty southern rock, to psychedelic masterpieces with good old fashioned rock n' roll always at the core. "California Windfall's" debut album "An Unexpected Stroke Of Luck" features Adam MacDougall (The Black Crowes & Chris Robinson Brotherhood) on piano and organ and it is scheduled to release spring 2012.
