About Rabid Young
The Rabid Young is a new band based in Las Vegas, NV.
The music is synth-driven, electro rock, packed with dance-y, straightforward beats and loaded with synths, guitars and various sonic textures.
It features Eric Rickey (Lead Vocals, Keys, Guitar), Jackson Wilcox (Bass, Vocals), Bobby Lee Parker (Guitar) and Matthew Long (Drums)
Originally started by Rickey (Most Thieves, Aurea Verba) as a new musical outlet from his other bands, he was soon joined by Wilcox (A Crowd of Small Adventures) to help pen the rest of the songs that comprise the debut EP. With Long (Roky Erickson) traveling across the country to help complete the songwriting and lay down the beats, the sound would be finally rounded out by Bobby Lee Parker (Most Thieves) recording guitars and general "sonic awesome".
