Liam is following in the footsteps of Keith Urban (also from New Zealand) and has the ability to take on the role of one of country music’s hottest young singer/guitarists. With a love for all music, Liam has been influenced by artists including Vince Gill, Albert Lee, Brad Paisley, Joe Walsh, Glenn Frey, David Gilmore, and Keith Urban, to name a few. Liam combines the best elements of the traditional country sound and contemporary country rock as well as incorporating other genres that have influenced him growing up. His live performances show his passion for his music and his ability to entertain audiences. The talented multi-instrumentalist, singer/song writer is quickly making a name for himself in New Zealand and Australia, taking the 2014 Tamworth Country Music Festival by storm, winning the Junior Aristocrat Entertainer of the Year, and the Coca Cola/Yamaha Battle of the Young Stars (senior section). He has also won many overall prizes around New Zealand including New Zealand Gold Guitar Intermediate Overall Winner in 2013 and has appeared on the national TV screens in New Zealand – ranking #2 in the National voting poll on New Zealand’s Got Talent. Liam is a passionate young artist and has his goals firmly set on continuing forward in the music industry – singing, playing and writing his own material.
