Croz is a rather busy fellow, both behind the scenes and in the spotlight of London electronic music. By day he does A&R for Sony's Relentless Records, bridging the gap between the underground and Top 40 with Chris Malinchak, Julio Bashmore and Bondax among his major label recruits. By night, he DJs, produces and co-runs Real Nice Recordings, the Bristol-cum-London label and promoters. Croz approaches his own work with the same insight and flair as his talent-spotting for Sony. As a DJ, he combines a heads down, forward-thinking approach with an ear for what's making waves now. As a producer, he has a wealth of worth under his belt, both originals for Real Nice Recordings and some subtle yet powerful edits, all available for free download on his Soundcloud. His on-point musical works which have received international DJ support as well as seen him feature in globally-subscribed music magazines.
