About Benjamin's Brother

Benjamin’s Brother are a five-piece band hailing from Tel Aviv, Israel, comprised of lead vocalist Joseph Bach (composer writer, guitars, keys, piano), Tomer Fuchs on bass, Alex Rotman (drums), Bar Huss (guitars,) and Arnon Ziv on keys/piano. Formed in 2014 with the Tel Aviv indie music industry as its backdrop, they describe their sound as Modern Brit-Pop meets gentle electronica with a folksy touch.

Within the last four years, the Brothers released two albums, both written and composed by Joseph, based on his personal experiences as a man, a husband, a father, and a former soldier. His unique personal point of view on relationships and the world around him, combined with a heavenly voice that seeps into your skin, has created a haunting, emotional, and relatable story with a marvellous blend of lyrics and melody.

While Joseph outlines the main path and energy as the band leader, the band creates music as a collective, and each one of the members gets to pour his own perspective and taste into the creation. Tomer’s kick for the 80’s, Bar’s grungy vibes, Arnon’s vision on pop music as a theatre musical composer, and Alex’s experience as a drummer for multiple artists in the past 20 years all connects in the studio, creating a mix between sweet and sour, hard and gentle, innovative and classic.

In the past few years, Benjamin’s Brother have performed their music on important stages in Tel Aviv and around Israel, conquered main stages at the biggest local festivals, such as IndieNegev and Meteor, collaborated with various artists, been interviewed by local media and popular radio stations, and received amazing reviews for their video and visual choices. Amongst other achievements, the video won the “Best Narrative” prize at the Berlin Music Video Awards.
