Stipe: REM Tribute Band

Excellent band

They were brilliant

Hugely talented band put on a brilliant show despite the weather.

Outstanding gig from a great band.Only the 7th time to see Stipe.They just get better and better each time and usually pull out a few of the rarer songs for the diehards. Can't wait to see them again and a great venue as well.

Really good night , Heard the were good, but not so they were really good,

It's been a long wait to get to see this band, either work, cancellation, or latterly pandemic preventing seeing them. Well finally I got the chance at Cottingham, hoping they were as good as I'd heard.Well suffice to say, they are. And it's not just wall to wall greatest hits either, over the course of 22 songs, they dotted from the well known, to way back to oldies such as Gardening at Night and Cuyahoga.Most of the popular stuff was in there of course, but enough album tracks indispersed to remind us how much depth in quality there was in REM's albums. Country Feedback, Find the River, Fall on Me, Strange Currencies were all in there, and a power packed finale of Losing my Religion, Its the end of the World as we know it, and Man on the Moon hit the show home. Over 2 hours of the best REM tribute there is. More of the same please.
