Ray Tyson (guitar) started playing professionally at age 17 in his hometown of Dallas, Texas. During his 34 year career, Ray has divided time between playing, writing and performing in cover bands. He has shared the stage with artists such as Joe Walsh, Delbert McClinton, and Mother's Finest.

Shemaine Fox Pickens (vocalist) Shemaine was born and raised in the Queen City, Charlotte NC, and she loves to sing! She began her musical journey at around 8 or 9 years old, singing around the house with both parents, who also sing. As her voice matured, she recorded her first single in the studio at the age of 14, and went on to write and record additional songs at the age of 16. In 2005 Shemaine began performing with a female trio, Backstage Pass and was a featured vocalist with the band Vybez.
Shemaine credits R & B and Soul artists Sade, Natalie Cole, Monica and En Vogue among her musical influences. Shemaine graduated from Northwest School of the Arts in Charlotte NC, with a full vocal scholarship to Winston Salem State where she studied Music Business and performed around the country with the University Choir, University Opera Ensemble and Burke Singers. Her philosophy is that music is a gift to be shared and an opportunity to convey your passion.

Bill Carroll (bass) lavished lawn-mowing money earned before high school on a Stratocaster copy to join a garage band. Shortly thereafter, he signed a contract with a label and wrote a song that was featured on Dick Clark's "American Bandstand". He has shared the stage and studio with notable artists and has written and produced music for many prestigious organizations.

Michael Costa (drums) grew up in North Jersey and began drumming at age 12. At age 15 he met Buddy Rich and cites this as the moment he knew he would play drums as long as he was breathing. At 17 he went into the studio for the first time and in the late ‘80s, began playing and traveling nationally. Costa relocated to Charlotte in 1991 and has since played with many local artists and bands.
