Gaz the Rapper

Gaz the Rapper is a writer, recording artist and producer from Northern Virginia, aka the 703. Since discovering a passion for freestyles and cyphers after his senior year of high school, Gaz has come a long way. From producing and writing his own tracks for soundcloud, to drawing thousands of viewers on live freestyle broadcasts, Gaz has used the internet and his network to full advantage. Influenced by such greats as Eminem, Jay Z, Kanye West, and Kid Cudi, Gaz brings flows reminiscent of the 90s and early 2000s lyrical east coast, with his own erratic “off the dome” vibe. Gaz amassed a decent following on live streaming app Periscope through interactive, comment freestyles based on followers input. In 2016 he released his first proper body of work, Off the Dome with long time collaborator and 703 Entertainment Co-founder Stromile SwiFt. This year’s KnoVA promises to be an even deeper, darker, and more unpredictable journey.
