Luis Oliart Band

Mesa Bluemoon recording artist Luis Oliart has dazzled audiences at venues throughout the world, including, BB KIng’s, CBGB, Hard Rock Cafe, House of Blues, Key Club, Knitting Factory, The Bitter End,Troubadour and Carnegie Hall.
Luis Oliart moves people with his music, but also takes action to help the homeless crisis in LA. After ten years as Volunteer Director of The North Hollywood Interfaith Food Pantry, Oliart is now Advocacy Lead for www.nohohome.org, in which he has developed a Homeless Reduction System (HRS) for Council District 2 in Los Angeles. He recently rallied his community to donate masks to those in need who were willing to wear them but had no access. “There are too many people on the streets who know the blues in a very real way. I’m here to advocate for them. It’s a different kind of inspiration”. He is also a producer, composer, and music teacher to students of all ages and levels.

Oliart’s music has been used in various film trailers including Avengementy. He has scored several projects for film, TV, ad campaigns and video gaming including Give Photos, Duck Dynasty (A&E), Live Nude Comedy (Showtime) and Corona beer to name a few.
