NYC-based singer Noel Pagan is most famous for "Silent Morning", from his 1987 Noel album. While usually considered a "Freestyle or "dance" artist, the arrangements also reveal the influence of mid-80s European synthpop.
Noel continues to record sporadically, albeit in a somewhat more pop-oriented vein.
Nöel (2) - Is There More To Life Than Dancing? A girl singer whose 1979 electro-disco album was written and produced by Sparks, who recently performed the classic 'Dancing Is Dangerous' from this album during their '21 albums in 21 nights' residency at the 'No.1 in Heaven' show in London, May 2008.
Noel continues to record sporadically, albeit in a somewhat more pop-oriented vein.
