I'm starting a new music adventure. It will take months to fine tune it but, it begins now. It's called Matt EL… essentially my initials (Matthew Edmund Langlois) which I wrote down to play at my first open mic at the Hotel Utah in San Francisco 12 years ago. "Every gold rush has a silver lining" is a quote I came up with in finding something good living amongst the current gold rush in San Francisco, where wealth, entitlement and greed is hollowing out the city of its arts, culture and diversity. For me the silver lining is fighting the good fight through the creative process and starting new projects and creating community in the face of adversity.
