Vector Tha Viper

Olanrewaju Ogunmefun, better known by his stage name Vector Tha Viper, is a Nigerian Hip hop artist, who hails from Ogun State Nigeria, was born in Lagos State Nigeria. Vector has released three studio albums, State of Surprise(SOS 2010) and The Second Coming (2012). In anticipation of his secondstudio album, he released a mix tape titled "Bar Racks', and the third studio album, "Lafiaj" was released ni December, 2016 having a major act D'banj on the record "I Pray" on the album. Also his feature with DAVIDO "Comtor off the Vibes Before Teslim EP; which was a number record in Nigeria first two weeks of its release.

He was the voice behind the Sprite commercial that has aired on most radio stations across Nigeria in 2009. He is also the creative director/ class master for Hennessy VS Class Nigeria and the face of Hip-Hop for Hennessy Artistry Nigeria year 2014 till date. In June 2011, he released a videofor the song"GetDown" featuring baba which was the third official single off his debut album"State of Surprise,which was the big break into mainstream.
Following his break into main-stream he released the track 'Born Leader'featuring Mavado of DJ Khaled We The Best Music Group. "Born Leader" is Vector's third single of his second album titled 'The Second Coming'. He shot the video in Miami, Florida and it was directed by Antwan Smith.

In 2019 Vector performed at SXSW, African stage alongside; Adekunle Gold, + more. Also he left a mark on the African hip-hop scene by doing the longest freestyle in Africa on radio which had over a million downloads. He has recently released 3 EP's in the last 7 months; Vibes Before Teslim; The Journey To Self Discovery - EP, Crossroads - EP and The African Mind (Spoken word) – EP. Also,Vector was featured in the 2020 BET Hip-Hop Awards political cypher, as the only act to represent Nigeria.
