Freight Bandits

Established during the summer of 2014, Freight Bandits are a punk rock band from Kalamazoo that pays homage to 90's and early 2K's punk rock by writing and performing original music as well as preforming the occasional cover song. Existing in an era overcrowded with ego and tough guy machismo, Freight Bandits offer a refreshing departure from the status quo by believing that having fun is the driving force of their purpose as musicians; after all that is why we all picked up these damn instruments in the first place. Right!... While keeping activist and political rhetoric to a minimum Freight Bandits are dedicated to reaching out to fellow musicians and fans of punk rock as a way to galvanize a scene that has promise on its horizon.
