Rick Grimm's Illa Turba

The story begins as many before it do, a young man inspired the greats before him sits alone in a room. Guitar in hand he pens his first song, and then another, and another. Over the years the craft is honed until, in 2014 he enters the swinging doors of Melbourne's JMC Academy. Here, Rick Grimm meets the people that would help him bring his vision to life. Thomas Campbell, Nick Velasco and Ben Ferguson are the names of those who helped him bring his ideas from the bedroom rehearsal to the bright lights of the stage. The quartet now work together to texture the air with music to inspire the soul. The band's first single "Leprosy", off their forthcoming debut EP was released Jan 1st 2018 and is available online everywhere.
