WE ARE ROOSEVELT ROOM FROM BLACKBURN. Taking influence from the run down and desolate town in which we reside, our style is a varied roller-coaster of honesty. It is difficult for us to pin down one set genre in our music as we insist on keeping things as fresh and as diverse as possible. After two years together, new members, serious highs and serious lows along the way, we have now found line up of 4 best friends, which can easily be seen in our live shows. After a run of successful single releases (Debut ‘Must Be A Reason’ receiving 8/10 in a review by Unsigned and Independent magazine and ‘Loose Lips’ being named single of the week by The Manc Review) we decided it was time to record what we think to be our greatest work to date, our self-titled EP due out in spring. Roosevelt Room stage show is electric and they will be coming to a venue near you soon… Recent highlights for us include playing a dream show at the legendary O2 Ritz in Manchester and the Club Academy. Recent support slots include, Jonny Brown (Twisted Wheel), Joe Carnall Jnr (Milburn / Reverend and the Makers), CABBAGE, 7Shades and The Crookes. These things are never changing.
