Quick On My Feet

Quick On My Feet is a band consisting of three friends: Lee Campbell, Ethan Wolfe, and Zach Mann. The band was formed in 2009 when Lee, Zach, and Ben Sooy lived together in Lynchburg, VA. Ben and Lee wrote songs about girls and God and identity and friendship. After a year of playing shows in basements and church rec rooms, the band broke up when Ben moved to Denver. In 2014, the band got back together to write and record, recruiting Ethan to play bass. In 2015, QOMF released three short albums: PARENTS, YOUTHS, and FRIENDS (download for free at http://noisetrade.com/qomf). Ben and his wife moved back to Colorado. At that time, Ethan, Lee, and Zach decided to keep the band going. 2016 was met with a lot of changes and shows as a three piece, and ended with the band mostly finishing their first full length. 2017 is still in the works, and the band is planning to release their first full length as well as continue to play out.
