The band comprises vocalist Brian Lewis, guitarists Travis Miller and Shane Davidson, bassist David Yanez, and drummer Aaron Jones. Etched in Stone is quickly rising in the scene, setting a new precedent by fitting the standard death metal genre whilst incorporating their own unique sound. Their debut album, Emulate the Defiler, was self released (Digital download) on March 19th, 2010. 4 long years later the band released the much anticipated follow up to 2009's Emulate the Defiler, "The Failure of Modern Man", which released June 24th, 2014. The band's raw death metal style incorporates guttural vocals with a bottom-heavy guitar sound; complex riffing and drum patterns, and a sophisticated sense of songwriting. Sulfur, the third full length offering from Etched in Stone, was released on August 19th, 2016.
