Where did you grow up? Suburban Chicago How did you get into music? I grew up in a very musical home. Some of my earliest memories of family gatherings always included a few guitars and a sing-a-long. At 6, my parents sprung for a piano and I couldn't wait to play it. I picked up a guitar my freshman year of high school and I've been writing songs ever since. What was the first song you learned to play on the guitar?
