PlanB's vibrant, exhilarating and multi-layered sound harks back to the days when
bands cut their teeth performing live shows for real people. Playing well-crafted
songs formed from a rich and varied wellspring of inspiration, this exciting,
brassy, eight-piece ensemble will have audiences on their feet from the get-go.
Hailing from Adelaide and reforming in 2010 after a lengthy hiatus, the band has
regularly toured internationally ever since. Recent tours have placed the boys in
locations such as Glasgow, Siem Reap, London, Jakarta, Ulaanbaatar and Beijing,
and has seen them appear on the same festival bills as Chris Farlowe, Primal
Scream, Cliff Bennett, Focus and Newton Faulkner. To date, PlanB has released
two well-received studio albums and one live album, and is currently recording a
third studio album.
