About Mild Manic
Hailing from the far south coast of NSW and now based in Melbourne, frenzied four piece Mild Manic sent stumps flying in 2015 with the release of their self titled debut EP, an east coast tour and supporting hero bands such as Hockey Dad.
Made up of brothers Sam and Chris Rees on guitars, bass golden boy Dave Boyes and anchorman Jye Flynn behind the drums, each bring their own influence that combine to make every Mild Manic song an epic, contagious anthem.
2016 has been an absolute cracker of a year. Having supported Melbourne garage rock legends Magic Bones, playing the May residency at The Tote, toured the east coast with Neon Queen and most recently supporting The Vanns and Hockey Dad on the Melbourne legs of their national tours.
Wrapping up the year headlining No Worries Fest in their home town on xmas eve is just the cherry on the cake!
Mild Manic have their second EP of juicy newies in the can which will be released late January. The first single ‘Little Larger’ will drop on the 19th of December hailing a bigger, bolder sound and we can’t wait for you to hear the whole damn thing.
