Maverick

We’re Maverick, a hard rock band based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. We were formed in the summer of ’12. Within 6 months we had released our first EP “Talk’s Cheap”, and with that we were able to secure our first record deal with Massacre Records.

Through them, we released our debut album “Quid Pro Quo” in November ’14, and then went on tour with The Poodles the following year.

Following on from the success of that tour, we then signed to our current record label, Metalapolis Records to release our second album “Big Red” in August ’16. To promote that album we toured with Treat.

Once back from being on the road, we began work on our current album “Cold Star Dancer”, which we again released through Metalapolis Records in April ’18. Recently we’ve just completed our first headline tour of Germany and Switzerland with support from our labelmates TwentyDarkSeven & DeVicious, and we’re currently writing new material for the next album "Ethereality" which will be released 2020.
