I have heard their studio albums, I have heard their live albums, and I was looking forward to a good concert after a long pandemic with limited live music. I honestly was not prepared for how awesome this show was - it completely surpassed all expectations. Every member of the band (and the Clementines) was oozing talent and they each made sure you got a full dose of what they could do individually and together - multiple times. The show was intense from the first couple songs and left me wondering where they could possibly go after such a dramatic shift, could they possibly reach a higher gear? The answer was yes, they brought us up, down and everywhere in between - these are musicians that truly love what they do and they looked like they were having as much fun playing as we were listening to them. Can't wait to see them again.

About THE MAIN SQUEEZE
From their origins as a jam/party band in Indiana, The Main Squeeze, has been weaving the veins of Rock, Funk, Blues, and R&B into modern song stylings. Now LA-based and with three albums under their belt (last one being 2017’s Without A Sound), festival appearances from KABOO to Bonnaroo, and features from Billboard and Rolling Stone, they are on the verge of turning over a new sonic leaf this fall.
The Main Squeeze will be releasing their forthcoming single “It Ain’t Me” on October 5th. This marks the start of something new and fresh for the Indiana-to-Chicago-to-Los Angeles transplants. The new single plays up the modern dance-pop vibes of Bruno Mars and Charlie Puth - while channeling the swag, grit and soulful sounds of 70s bands like The Rolling Stones and Sly and the Family Stone. Produced by MARØ (whose credits include Lindsey Stirling and LostBoyCrow), “It Ain’t Me” is a heartfelt soul song that turns into a tongue in cheek, self aware anthem for anyone who’s ever felt claustrophobic in a relationship.
With a rich touring history including opening slots for The Roots, Jane’s Addiction, D.R.A.M., Mac Miller, Aloe Blacc, and Umphrey’s McGee, The Main Squeeze are launching into a new musical orbit with plans for a fourth LP in 2019.
