ARSON OUR SAVIOR

Arson began as "Arson Our Savior" in late 2009 as a solo project by the guitarist, Dylan Digby. It gradually began adding to its roster as word spread via social networking, and would go on to become a full band in 2010. Among the first shows were won battles and opening for national acts such as The Devil Wears Prada. Later that year, the band recorded a demo at Paper Tiger Studios in Columbus, OH. It was well received and the band continued to play out as much as possible on that material. By 2011, member changes had occurred and the sound was maturing. "Black Diamonds" was tracked at Dreadcore Studios near the end of that year. The self titled track ended up being the band's first music video, filmed at the second JAMboree. In 2012, many of the members left for very personal reasons, but the lineup was solid by 2013. An all new EP called "Pariah" was written and debuted live. The band tracked everything themselves before sending it to Daniel Braunstein (ex Volumes) to be mixed and mastered. The EP demonstrated a very new direction for the band, and went on to outsell and outperform all previous releases. Near the end of the year, "Arson Our Savior" dropped the latter part of the name and simply became "Arson". We have played countless shows, large festivals including 3 JAMborees, and plan to continue in 2014. We will be releasing new material this year as well. ARSON | MMXIV arsonoh@gmail.com
