Queen of Kings cuenta la historia de una vida llena de música, emoción y electrizantes actuaciones. El mexicano Kike Orozco y la venezolana Clautronica, residenciados en Fort Lauderdale, Florida, son los arquitectos detrás de este sonido vibrante inspirado en el funk, impulsado por armonías irrompibles con destreza de composición perfecta que combina una historia de alegrías y angustias de la vida.
La banda comenzó en 2009 cuando el cantante / compositor Kike conoció a la cantante, músico y compositora Clautronica en un concierto en Santo en Miami Beach. "Me impresionó su poderosa voz y performance, es una artista fuera de serie". Dice Kike. Alimentados por un interés mutuo en el funk de los 70, los dos comenzaron a grabar material original en el estudio casero de Claudia. "De inmediato quedó claro que teníamos algo que valía la pena después de los primeros demos", dice Kike, "Claudia y yo hicimos clic, y sabíamos que era el momento adecuado para recuperar este sonido funky sexy." Y así crearon "Queen of Kings"
El grupo ha estado tocando durante años antes de grabar su primer álbum en 2018. La banda tiene más shows de los que pueden contar en su haber.

Con los productores Tommy Ruiz, Yasmil Marrufo y la participación de increíbles músicos como Camilo Velandia (guitarra) Rodner Padilla (Bajo) Michel Ferré (piano) Ahmed Barroso (guitarra) Poke Ferrer (tambora), Edward Bradley (bajo) Liber Cuervos y Karla Geraci (violines) ... "Es un sueño hecho realidad, haber trabajado con personas tan talentosas", dicen Kike y Clautronica.

The band started in 2009 when singer/songwriter Kike met a musician/singer/songwriter Clautronica at Santo reunion concert in Miami Beach. “I was impressed for her powerful voice and performance, she is an amazing artist”. Fueled by a mutual interest in 70’s funk, the two began recording original material in Claudia’s home studio. ‘It became clear right away that we had something worthwhile after the first few demos’ says Kike, ‘Claudia and me just clicked, and we knew the time was just right to bring back this funky sexy sound.’ They created “Queen of Kings”
The group had been playing together for years before it recorded its first album in 2018. The band has more shows than they can count under their belt.
