Still Falling

Still Falling, native of Athens, Greece, is a Progressive/Technical/Atmospheric Metal band that was formed in early 2009 and consists of Nick Zaf on Guitars/Composing/Producing, Marios Mizo on Vocals, Manos Platanopoulos on Bass Guitar and Spiros Strife on Guitars/Composing/Producing and Aiad Ousta on Drums. Their goal is to create pleasant yet heavy music - breaking the boundaries of their sound following each release they put out. Major influences of the band include Gojira, Meshuggah, Isis and many more. Still Falling has been part of many local shows and festivals, including opening for “Heaven Shall Burn” in 2011. It is worth mentioning that they were part of “MetalSucks”, EuroBlast’s Festival competition in 2013, in which they attained the 5th position. Also, their release "The Three Suns" was part of "DuckCoreBlog"'s best EP's of 2013. The blog notably stated: "One of those records which have a perfect balance between brutality, fragile melodies and composing. It hooked me only with the Intro track. This band has endless potential." In 2016 Still Falling performed at Rockstadt Extreme Fest Indoor Edition at Brasov,Romania with great acts such as Samael and Anaal Nathrakh.
