Stands With Fists has risen through the ranks providing a unique new innovative sound with a healthy dose of familiarity. Their profound stage presence and often wild performance is often brought up anytime Stands With Fists is mentioned in conversation. Initially established by front man Jonathan Russell former singer of"Blynd" along with former members of "PH8" and "Glympse" the group has become more than just a band, over time it has transformed into an extended community per say, writing, performing and collaborating with various musicians and other artists to make every show and album a unique experience. Throughout the years they have stormed the stage as support for a large quantity of national and international acts also taking part on large music festivals such as Knotfest and California Metalfest (among others) always pulling large crowds. Besides their very exciting high energy raw shows they are also able to provide the spectators with an exotic psychedelic one of a kind experience which consists of a three dimensional (3D) chroma-depth black light glow production. In 2010 Stands With Fists released their debut double album“Time Capsule” recorded at OG7 studios and produced by Fernando Rivas which consists of an extensive collection of songs that take the listener for a ride providing anything from Heavy distorted relentless in your face metal to moody tribal melodic passages and everything in between. Two years later in 2014 the 5 song EP “Mind Frame” was released and less than a year later the full length "Cinematic Mind" came out of the shadows and it was embraced by many in a positive light. The new record showcased a more efficient and focused Stands With Fists coupled with superb recording quality and fine tuned production by Matt Good and Ryan Daminson from Good Sound Studios. Over that period of time videos for "That's the break" "E.M.D." and "Time for Evolution" were released. The Song "Holiday" was featured on the controversial video game Postal 2:Paradise Lost After doing some small tours and several regional shows in support of "Cinematic Mind", Stands With Fists went back to Good Sound Studios to record 2 songs featuring Jesse Espich guitarist for Order 66 and Lethal Injection. "The Meaning" was released in 2016 and Tyrannosaurus Sex was released in the summer of 2017 along with its respective video featuring Phoenix based actor Samhain In what remains of 2017 Stands with Fists will be writing and recording a new album aimed to be released sometime in 2018.
