About Noise Addict
Noise Addict were a Sydney, Australia band formed in 1991 after frontman Ben Lee saw a Nirvana concert aged 13. After recording a 4-track EP on Ben's boombox in his room, they were "found" by the Beastie Boys and Sonic Youth, and signed to their American label. They released two albums and numerous EPs, before breaking up in 1995. At 18, Lee went on to start a very successful career as a solo artist.
