“Northern based guitar finger-stylist and singer Alex Golisti set out over five years ago during his mid teens playing Americana and blues covers around bars and pubs on the East Coast before moving to America. After a stint travelling around New England searching for roots Americana, he travelled back to England. With an intensified passion for playing this music, he moved to York to hone his craft as a writer and performer of songs.



Blending English and American folk elements with a blues infused guitar style, he has carved his own distinctive style with impassioned vocals and ramshackle powered guitar playing. Over the past few years, Alex has gigged extensively, constantly working and reworking his and other artists’ songs with a strong and distinctive artistic voice of his own.”
