Bob Schneider Music

I went to this show to see Donna. This was my second time seeing both Donna and Bob Schneider, and I've really enjoyed their shows. They both did a fantastic job at engaging with the audience, and the informal meet and greet at Coupland Inn and Dancehall was awesome. Both Donna and Bob Schneider seemed very nice and personable. I would definitely go see them again.

The Birchmere is a unique venue for live music! I didn't arrive until Bob took the stage at 8:30pm and despite reading the menu and attempting to place an order for food, the kitchen had closed. Bob Schneider was fantastic as usual! He sang most of his biggest hits, many from years past. Not realizing this was a "look back show", I found a t-shirt at the merch stand that was an exact match to one I had purchased at a show more than 20 years ago.

Venue: Intimate. Fun. Waitresses work their butts off taking care of customers. Artist: I've been a big fan for a while. Awesome musician; solid vocalist; sings in an impressive array of styles. Music can be fun and raunchy. My only recommendation is that he reign in some of his more bizarre, sexually based moments... I get that he's a very creative sort and I love so much of his music, but these weird moments just leave you shaking your head and asking 'why?'. These detract from an otherwise impressive show. I'll certainly come back and see him again, but just hope that can polish away some of those rough moments and let the audience really love him for what he brings to the audience and larger music scene.

Incredible artist and the whole band was phenomenal. Bob is truly a treasure and one of the most gifted musicians, period. Hole in the Wall has expanded since my last visit but still an iconic Austin venue and a great place to watch a show. Fun night!

Bob Schneider was great but didn’t get to play long enough. I would have preferred no opening act and longer set from the headliner if there are time limitations. The venue is nice but tables are cramped - not much ADAseating available. Our premier seating table 142/152 provided a great view. I would not recommend sitting any closer. Not enough bathroom stalls for a sold out event when everyone is going to use during break. The drinks are expensive- almost as much as the tickets I did not like the fact they wanted us to settle up our bill in the middle of the show. It’s a solo artist - trying to converse with our waiter about our bill distracted from one entire song. Not sure why we couldn’t wait until after show ended

The Saxon Pub is great. Very intimate and laid back. And what can I say about Bob Schneider! He’s great. So funny and raw. An extremely entertaining performer and an extremely talented, prolific songwriter. We will definitely go again.

Bob never disappoints. His songwriting is so versatile. From heartfelt love songs, to rap to reggae to songs full of humor keep this fan coming back for more! The Mucky Duck is a great listening room with fantastic food and bar selections.

You never know what Bob is going to play, but whatever he and his band choose is always ENTERTAINMENT. Great little venue, friendly staff, amiable security and a fine promoter made this a perfect evening.

Bob was Bobtacular! He wasn’t just great singing in solo mode. He took a lengthy period of time after the show with his adoring fans to talk with them and take pics with the performer. (=

Bob always puts on an amazing show!! It’s been way too long since he has been back home to Michigan, hopefully he doesn’t wait that long again!! I took my wife to see him at the Ark for one of our first dates, so his show carry a little more sentiment for us! Thanks for coming home, Bob!

Always fun see Bob! Took a group of dear friends. Connor McLaren opened and he was really great and his brother joined him on stage for a few songs. Nice acoustic set. Bob was on fire with the creepy Halloween voices and a lively rendition of Blood. Crowd was pumped to hear Jaws. He played a pretty rare encore which included 2 songs. Bullets and Batman. I think it was the first time I’d seen him invite the opener back out to play with him. That was cool and the kid did an awesome job. Some initial guitar troubles and Bob leant him the stinking hand guitar!

I'm a huge Bob Schneider fan and loved the concert at Saxon last Monday. I wish I could attend this regular show more often, but it conflicts with another commitment. I can only hear Bob when there's a change in the other event. I will soon hear him at a large fund-raising event, and am looking forward to it.

The show was incredible. My husband followed Bob all around Austin in the 90's when he was leading the Ugly Americans. He was so excited when I surprised him with this cool, small venue concert. Bob and his band are true performers and we had the best time. The Saxon Pub was an incredible venue. We had excellent service and the drinks were on-point!

5 stars as usual for Bob, but I wasn't really feeling the opening act. Carolina Story were good and had beautiful voices and harmonies, but every song was down-tempo, and none of them were that memorable. I was practically asleep by the end of their set. Carolina Story - Give me something that really makes me want to dance and clap along and you could be great.

I seen Bob on the concert calendars fro what seems to be decades, and finally saw him and his band perform. All of the praise is justified. Fun, crafted lyrics, excellent sound, sound crew, and performance.

Bob Schneider rocked the oktoberfest festival. He and his band were so much fun. Everyone was dancing, laughing, singing along. I LOVED the story he told how his daughter's birth changed the way he writes ballads! Thanks Bob for a great show

Bob Schneider is such a great entertainer. He is attuned to his crowd and is so personable...plus he’s hella talented! His style is eclectic and fun. He exists in a genre of his own!

Mr. Schneider scared me at first. I had brought three friends who had never heard his music. He sang three songs without saying a word and seemed extremely serious. But after that, levity ensued and the rest of the evening I was struggling to contain my laughter. He's a brilliant wordsmith and his concert was an amazing balance of incredible music and stories that made my side split. And as always the city winery is a beautiful and perfect venue. The service was impeccable. We all enjoyed the show immensely!!

How is Bob not huge? one of the best artists out there. Seamlessly weaving influence from multiple styles. Great audience interaction. Just amazing. Second time seeing him and can't wait for him to come back.

Bob was fantastic! I was NOT impressed with the way the venue (The Roost) was disorganized, letting in people without tickets before the will call line. With extremely limited seating I thought it quite unfair and tacky.
