ARAKK

Arakk is a Copenhagen-based band playing a mixture of doom, post and drone metal, but the music is also influenced by a lot of other rather different genres, such as electronica, noise, ambient and classical music. This reflects one of the basic ideas behind the band’s music: that it's more about making powerful, heavy and most of all honest music, than of making music that necessarily fits into a particular genre or theme in terms of lyrics and the feelings expressed.
