Brown Sugar consists of six members, which includes Lady Lyric aka (Lyric McFarland) & Miguel George vocals. Michael Dolce on Guitar, Johnny Grguric on bass, Jonathan 'JC' Corea on Keys and Deni Di Filippo on percussion. Lady Lyric (aka Lyric McFarland) starred on the Voice in Australia in 2013. Brown Sugar have been together for over 10 years now and are an industry leader with many years of experience performing at the highest levels. Brown Sugar have been nominated for an Urban Music Award and we have featured on Channel 10 news, the Four Weddings TV show, Sydney Festival NYE Celebrations at Darling Harbour, NITV, Hip Hop TV and we have played for several big name after parties including John Legend and were the main act on P&O’s end of year cruises. Brown Sugar currently have a weekly Friday residency at The ARTHOUSE HOTEL 275 Pitt St Sydney, and have performed numerous Tribute shows at The Basement in Sydney over a ten year period. We also perform special feature shows, this year we're performing on HAMILTON ISLAND. We have performed at countless weddings and corporate functions at almost every venue in Sydney and several venues all over Australia and abroad. Some of our regular clients include Apple, Telstra, Etihad Airways, HSBC Bank, City of Sydney and Yamaha Motors. We can also cater for special requests including the Hora for Jewish weddings by adding a singer to the band that regularly performs with us. We provide all production which is required for a band to perform and we can recommend venues, DJ’s, MC’s, Photographers and any other supplier that is required.
