Hailing from Concord, Massachusetts, In Armistice has seared an indelible mark in the New England metal scene with its raw energy, piercing lyrics and no-apologies performances. Formed in 2009, the metal band draws from a host of influences across the entire spectrum of progressive, metal and hardcore. Their newest album, “Descent” marks their third studio release and has been well received throughout the scene for its aggressive sound and use of modern hardcore mixed with classic metal. Recorded with Josh Wickman of Dreadcore Productions (Within The Ruins, Knights of the Abyss, And Hell Followed With) and mixed by Chris Foster (Sworn In, Through Arteries). After going through some band member changes in recent years, In Armistice has landed on a standing line up that rips like it’s been together forever whether they’re screaming alongside local acts or sharing the stage with national touring headliners.
